It's nice you are taking a moment out to learn a little more about us here at "Entrepreneurs On Call". We do appreciate your interest and readership.

I will keep this as short and to the point as possible.

The purpose of my blog is to address issues that most aspiring entrepreneurs face when considering, starting or building their own home based business.

My business partner and operations manager, Mike Claggett, is currently building a video tutorial library on just about everything you can possible imagine someone needs to know about establishing a web presence on line, generating traffic to that web presence and how to capitalize on the results. E.O.C. visitors that sign up for our Credibility Training Series" (CTS), will gain life time access to all 50 +" video tutorials.

Access To Business Legends:
Our upcoming membership site will include all of the above and access to monthly closed calls with successful entrepreneurs I've interviewed, where members can ask questions directly of the guest speaker. There will also be a forum where overflow questions will be addressed by the speaker. Imagine getting your most pressing business questions answered by business greats like you see HERE and HERE! I think you will agree, they are all legends in their own time.

About The Owners:

Dale Stefancic-Bio (E.O.C. Owner)
Born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1951, Dale was fortunate enough to have a traditional middle class upbringing. He was blessed with two loving parents and a sister.

After high school he attended Kent State University for business. After three years Dale transferred to Ohio State and received a degree in Landscape Contracting and Design.

Dale worked his landscape contracting business with a very high degree of success for 8 yrs. However wearing all the hats in his business became more than he wanted to contend with.

Delegation of duties was not one of his strong points in his mid 20's. So he started out in the job market and soon took a job with a large privately held water utility where he is still currently employed today, 27 years later.

As time moved on and he got into his fifties, the company he worked for went through 3 different ownership changes, each establishing their idea of a superior corporate climate. But as with many company buy outs, each new owner treated the employees more and more like numbers instead of people. "Now", Dale thought, is good time to find a way to scratch that entrepreneurial itch that was resurfacing from his younger days.

Dale always knew that there was more to the game than trading hours for dollars. He wanted to create a business where he could leverage his time, contacts and money.

He began to invest in myself through business education from what he considered the masters. Learning from actual successful business people instead of college professors just made good old common sense. So he read everything available from the likes of Don trump, Robert Kiyosaki, John Carlton, Dan Kennedy, the classic by Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich, as well as many more too numerous to mention here.

Dale took this knowledge and built a very substantial organization of independent business people in one of the oldest and most profitable network marketing companies in the business world.

Still, to this day, he is a student of the ultra successful. Dale then began to develop his own business model and incorporated what he had learned from his own success and that of his mentors.

Dale wanted to share his experience with others who faced similar situations, but wanted to have a vehicle that would allow him to positively impact as many aspiring entrepreneurs in as short a time as possible.

Dale knew he had a strong message to share with people. He knew he could not only share a valuable message, but also guide them through their options and how to make the most of those options. Dale says, "You have to make an investment. The most important investment you will ever make. It's an investment that will last a lifetime. The investment is you. You must invest in yourself with knowledge and then apply that knowledge with persistent action to create your desired result."

So he now not only had his vision but also a mission. Dale wanted to get his message out to as many people as he could, and share with people that yes, the world is changing, and you now have more options as an aspiring entrepreneur than ever before that can lead to making life much more enjoyable for you and your family.

With this came the birth of Dale's talk radio show. "The Home Based Business Show". Even though he had never even been in a radio station before in his entire life, once the idea hit him, he was like a man obsessed.

So he made another investment. He contacted his local radio station, "WELW 1330am" in Willoughby, Ohio (A superb of Cleveland), and told them of his idea for a talk show. Dale had no idea how he would get quality guests to share the message of what aspiring entrepreneurs need get started and build a successful home based business.

But a lot of the people Dale had studied through their books or attended their seminars, came on his show with great information for his listeners. This helped him build a lot of creditability and also develop and deeper relationship with his mentors. On Dale's Talk Show you will hear people such as; Chet Holmes, John Milton Fogg, Gary Harspt, Loral Langemeier, people from Dan Kennedy's group and the list goes on.

Dale says the success of his Home Based Business radio talk show has truly been amazing for him and he loves every minute of it. Helping aspiring entrepreneurs with free information from already successful entrepreneurs is a major part of fulfilling his mission. He is now getting speaking engagements himself and working with leaders in the field of empowering aspiring entrepreneurs through local and national organizations. He works closely with associations like the "Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education", who is sponsoring "National Entrepreneurship Week", approved by the 109th Congress in bill "HR 699" and approved by President Bush.

His next project is to complete his current 'Work in progress' book to hopefully serve as a blueprint for others to see that all is truly within your reach.

Dale is thankful for what he has been able to accomplish so far in assisting aspiring entrepreneurs. He is also grateful to his great friend and business partner Mike Claggett who handles the operations end of his "Entrepreneurs On Call", business, and also keeps Dale up to speed on what's happening to benefit entrepreneurs online. Mike is a big part of his mastermind team, which as Napoleon Hill so skillfully brings to light in his famous book, "Think And Grow Rich", is so important to becoming one of the super successful. You cannot do it all yourself no matter how good you are.

With so much information available from the past on becoming a successful entrepreneur, and more becoming available every day, Dale's response to aspiring entrepreneurs when ask what they need to do to become successful is simple, "Learn all you can from the information "EntrepreneursOnCall.com" provides through his radio show and web site, and any other information you feel is worth your time. Then stop thinking about it and do like Dale's username suggests, "JustGetToIt!"

Co-Owner, E.O.C. Michael Claggett (Mike), born; 1948 in Oklahoma City, OK.

Mike has lived in San Diego for the last 15 years. Mike traveled extensively in the U.S. as middle management with 2 fortune 500 companies during his 30's and has traveled in both Europe and Japan. A 10 year veteran as a full time home based Internet business owner, he brings considerable entrepreneurial knowledge, skill and technical expertise to "Entrepreneurs On Call", (E.O.C.).

Among other Network Marketing ventures, in the late 90's Mike built a 3,000 + organization of independent associates in just 180 days, with one of the first companies to bring unlimited long distance to the to home based businesses all over the U.S., "TeleFreedom USA".

Subsequently Mike moved on to create and market his own products online for currently, 11 niche markets. That effort had put him in a semi-retired position. Then he got a call from an old and trusted friend. When he heard Dale's plans for providing aspiring entrepreneurs regular access to literal giants in business, there was no hesitation about teaming up with his 15 year friend and business associate, Dale Stefancic.

Mike was so inspired with Dale's vision for "Entrepreneurs On Call", he decided to immediately come out of retirement to partner with Dale and run the technical operations for "EntrepreneursOnCall.com".

Mike has developed the company's website, "Credibility Training Series", and is currently working on a series of 50 video tutorials for aspiring entrepreneurs. The video tutorials will allow aspiring online entrepreneurs to learn many of the technical things required to conduct business online, without enduring all the trial and error normally associated with starting a business online.

He is also spear heading the upcoming monthly "TalkShoe" Live Nationwide WebCasts for EOC, where Dale will interview many of his impressive line up of guest business experts and open the show up to live Q & A sessions for EOC members only.

Mike is not much of a talker. He is happy to leave that up to Dale. All you'll usually hear out of Mike is:
